Tammy Miller is the President and serves the role as chief executive officer for the Chapter and the Board. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Chapter and for ensuring that the Board collectively contributes to the achievement of that strategy. In addition, she plays a key role in promoting the purpose of the IIBA® to the community, developing alliances with other complementary organizations, and ensuring the long-term viability and sustainability of the Chapter. The President is a principal officer, the Chapter's chief executive officer and serves as chairperson to the Board of Directors.
Tammy has been in the Information Technology field for 20+ years. She is currently employed at Oshkosh Corporation as a Principal Business Analyst in the Defense Segment. At Oshkosh, she supports Procurement and Quality by managing the project portfolio for these areas, eliciting requirements, documenting functional specifications, and is involved in the overall completion of projects. Tammy has a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®).
Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, camping, boating, and spending time outdoors. She also serves on her Parish Council.
The President-Elect has a primary responsibility to mentor under the President and acquire a thorough knowledge of the duties and accountabilities of the presidency. The individual in this position must also strive to learn as much as possible about the Chapter, the membership and the Board’s efforts to achieve the mission and objectives.
The position is tasked with building Chapter relationships with the community through proactive engagement with local employers and businesses to increase awareness of the Chapter, and educating on the benefits of the IIBA®. Chapter partnerships with other IIBA® chapters and synergistic organizations fall within the scope of the position. In addition, this position fulfills any other requirements of a Director and Officer, and performs other duties as the need arises and/or as defined in the bylaws.

The Immediate Past President shall serve as a member ex-officio of the Board of Directors, with a right to participate in all discussions and all committees. The position shall not have a vote on the Board of Directors or the committees except to break a tie vote. He supports and advises the current President and Board of Directors and assists with Board recruitment, orientation and training.
Chad Wege has several years of experience in the information technology field within the telecommunications, regulatory compliance and health insurance industries. He has served in a number of capacities including business analysis, project management, and system support and application development management. Most recently employed with UnitedHealth Group as a business analyst consultant, he works with a dedicated program team to develop an enterprise-wide customer service application to support more than 25,000 users.
Chad holds three undergraduate degrees in the areas of computer science and business, as well as two management certificates from the American Management Association and University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Business. In his spare time, he participates in two other non-profit associations serving minority groups locally and throughout the state.
The VP of Administration is responsible for maintaining accurate records of chapter activities and business and is the primary custodian of official chapter documents. He or she is responsible for ensuring that accurate and sufficient documentation exists to meet legal requirements, and to enable authorized persons to determine when, how, and by whom the Board's business was conducted.

Cheri Schettl, CPA, is charged with the stewardship of the Chapter's finances and the management and reporting of the Chapter's financial position. She keeps the board of directors informed of key financial events, trends and issues in addition to ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory reporting.
Cheri is a Senior Business Analyst at UnitedHealth Group. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group in 2012, she worked at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for twenty one years; nine years as a Senior Business Analyst and twelve years in Financial Analysis and Expense Management. Prior to joining Thrivent in 1991, Cheri worked six years in public accounting. Cheri has an interest in business architecture, metrics and cost benefit analysis and hopes to capitalize on these interests within her role as a business analyst.
Cheri is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Public Accountants (WICPA). In addition to being a CPA, Cheri is a CumLaude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with an undergraduate degree in Finance. She is an incorporating officer for WI BADD® and serves as the Treasurer. In prior years, Cheri has volunteered by serving as both a Director and Treasurer for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh-College of Business Alumni Association and serving as a member of the Financial and Audit Review Committee of the United Way Fox Cities.
Jen Gibson is responsible for timely dissemination of information to and from Chapter constituents, and development and maintenance of technologies that support Chapter communications and operations. Additionally, the position promotes the local Chapter and IIBA® to internal and external publications. Responsibility entails development and maintenance of the Chapter’s website and technical infrastructure, and the development and delivery of communications to membership and distribution list subscribers.
Jen has been employed at PAi as a Business Analyst in De Pere, Wisconsin since 2006.
Jen spends much of her spare time doing freelance graphic design. You can also see her on stage at ComedyCity De Pere, an improvisation comedy club in the Green Bay area.
As Vice President of Education and Certification, Deb McCormick is responsible for the chapter's educational and professional development programs designed to increase the competence of the business analysis community, as well as promote and educate the membership on the IIBA’s business analysis certifications. She is also responsible for promoting business analysis and developing business analysis skills at the chapter level by securing qualified speakers to deliver educational topics and programs at meetings, events, seminars, and workshops.
Deb has over 15 years of business analysis experience. She is currently a Lead Business Analyst at Thrivent Financial and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®). In addition to performing business analysis on projects, Deb was intimately involved in developing Thrivent Financial's requirements methodology including processes, procedures, guidelines, and templates.
In her spare time, Deb loves to spend time enjoying nature and relaxing at their cottage on Archibald Lake.
As Director of Certification, Denise Goetsch reports to the Vice President of Education and Certification, and is responsible for developing programs and initiatives that support and provide guidance to members seeking certification as a business analysis professional.
Fran Davis-Rentmeester is responsible for the development and maintenance of a Chapter membership plan that assures continued growth through recruiting and partnering with major community employers. She is also responsible for proactive solicitation and acquisition of sponsorship support in various forms, including financial, facilities and supplies.
Fran is a Business Management Analyst (Change Manager) at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. In her previous role as a Senior Business Analyst, Fran implemented and supported several Call Center / Enterprise applications. Prior to joining Thrivent in 2005, Fran worked as a Business Analyst and Programmer in the manufacturing and service industries.
Fran holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. In addition to her position with IIBA, Fran is serving as the current VP of Public Relations for Thrivent’s Appleton based Toastmasters. In her spare time, Fran enjoys training for half-marathons and volunteering with Junior Achievement, and at several local hospitals.
Shawn Diamond has been at Oshkosh Corporation since 1997 and currently holds a position of a Principle Business Analyst in IT. Shawn transitioned from a Finance position in 2000 and has supported the Defense Aftermarket Parts and Service divisions during its growth from a $50 million business unit to a peak of over $1.1 Billion. At Oshkosh, Shawn supports both large and small projects by gathering both business and user requirements and managing those requirements to project completion. Shawn holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology and Astronomy from UW Madison and became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) in 2012.
Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years and three teenage children as well as biking and PC games.
As the VP of Strategy, Monique Rosenthal provides leadership for the promotion and implementation of the Chapter's strategic initiatives. She is also responsible for creation and leadership of member committees to assist in fulfilling the Chapter's strategic initiatives.
Monique began her career in analysis in 1990 as a Sales Analyst for Schneider Communications; her responsibilities included providing trend analysis, statistics and reporting to assist the organization in planning future sales initiatives. In 1996 she secured a position at Thrivent Financial as a System Analyst and Call Center Representative to support the organizations scholarship and grant systems. She moved on to a Business Systems Analyst in Marketing supporting data analysis and extracts to be used in the creation and distribution of materials for marketing campaigns. Her role in marketing led her to a Senior Business Analyst position in Customer Systems Support providing analysis and production support for customer information applications and data. She is currently a Senior Business Analyst in Project Support Services working on a variety of corporate projects.
In her spare time, Monique trains for and runs half marathons; she also owns a photography business with her husband..
As Director of Accounting, Carla Vargas reports to the Vice President of Finance and is responsible for conducting bookkeeping, accounting and clerical/administrative functions. Ideally, the individual fulfilling this role will enjoy working with budgets.
The Director of Membership reports to the Vice President of Membership and Sponsorship and concentrates on increasing membership value. The responsibilities of this position focus on the member value proposition, by creating and delivering programs that provide benefits to our membership and increase engagement within the Chapter. Expanding membership through development of relationships with existing Chapter members is also an essential responsibility. This position fulfills any other requirements of a Director, and performs other duties as the need arises.

As Director of Sponsorship, David Simms reports to the Vice President of Membership and Sponsorship and focuses on acquisition and retention of Chapter sponsors. The position is responsible for development and marketing of sponsorship programs, as well as proactive solicitation of sponsorship support in various forms.
