Christina L. Kirchner, FLMI, LUTCF (Director, Corporate Support Services, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans)

"I have had the opportunity to personally attend many local IIBA chapter meetings. I have found the themes and presenters extremely helpful for myself and those in my workgroup. Leading a large group of Business Analysts, I am thrilled that they have the networking and training opportunity so close to home. The IIBA Northeast Wisconsin chapter meetings have offered amazing connections and continued growth in the Business Analyst professional career."

Jane C. Vanden Boogart, FIC (Former Manager Project Support Services Thrivent Financial for Lutherans)

"As a manager, I promote [the chapter] to my staff as a self-development tool. They can network with business analysts at various levels of the business analysis discipline and from a variety of industries. The meeting topics provide opportunities to learn about different techniques and skills business analysts can use in their own practice. The chapter also provides managers with opportunities to network and stay in touch with the latest in the business analysis profession."

John Blossom (Vice President, Information Technology Oshkosh Corporation - Defense Business Segment)

"Our involvement with IIBA NEW has paid huge dividends. Our BA's have become our "secret weapon" and are the most crucial element to project success. IIBA NEW has helped Oshkosh to define and leverage this role to the maximum extent. More importantly, IIBA NEW has helped to equip our BA's with the skills and tools they need to be the most effective."
